can't see macserver on NT

What display mode is your mac using? If it is less than 8 bit indexed
(i.e. 16 colours / grey or less) then the server will behave
unpredictably. You have put the extension in the extensions folder haven't
you? When you startup does the VNC extension icon appear? Does it have a
red cross through it? Does the machine beep on startup? (These are
indications that the extension has failed to load properly. The only
reason I can think that you are not getting updates is that the hooks (the
extension) are not catching screen redraws)
