Ooops, sorry - I hadn't noticed you were using Win95 for the viewer.  But
the Unix patch, at least, just involves #defining SOCKS, #including socks.h,
calling SOCKSinit(argv[0]), and linking with the SOCKS library.

I guess it should be similarly straightforward in Windows...
