Trying to compile on AIX 4.1.5

The fd_set stuff is usually defined in a standard header file like
<sys/types.h>.  Try searching all the header files in /usr/include and its
subdirectories.

There is a patch for AIX on our website in
http://www.orl.co.uk/vnc/contribs.html but I think it only contains patches
for the server, not the viewer.
