vncviewer on Mono server segaults (solaris)

See if Chris Hooper's patch on http://www.orl.co.uk/vnc/contribs.html fixes it.

I've occasionally seen similar problems with browsers - one thing I've found
that sometimes works is to press TAB until netscape puts the focus into the
VNC viewer window.
