OK, let's try this all at once :
To install VNC as a service under 95/NT, run
winvnc -install
To adjust settings after you have done this, run
winvnc -settings
This is in the FAQ, and the installation instructions. Oh, there is no
icon or other indication that the server is running, except that if you
point VNCviewer at the machine you can see your desktop. You can also do
remote login this way, since the service starts before anyone logs in. I
did this to my work machine, and then from home I rebooted the machine,
waited a few minutes, reconnected, and logged in.
