problems with VNC, won't start!

Check if /tmp/.X11-unix/X1 exists (and has the right permission)

One thing to get a clear start is to kill all Xvnc processes and
remove /tmp/.X11-unix/X#  (where # is the Xvnc :# number).

Then run vncserver again.
