Do not set afm and map; they aren't compatible. afm will definitely result
in a error; map might, although I don't know what that is. Moreover, it
seems that someone didn't install all the fonts; there should be at least a
'misc' directory. 75dpi can be left out to save space (although it's not a
good idea); misc is essential. If you cannot get at least misc installed, or
can't find it elsewhere, you're probably stuck.
