Currently, this can only be done if:

a)  The user manually runs WinVNC in their remote, RDP-based session.
b)  The RDP session is visible using the standard Terminal Server client
AT THE SAME TIME as being remoted over VNC.

As a result of these two restrictions, it's only rarely useful to be able
to do this.  In addition, WinVNC is CPU intensive in its current
incarnation, so running multiple copies is a bad idea.
