How can web browser option defaults be customized?

I would like to be able to have the VNC http server port
option for "shared" default to "Yes" instead of "No".

Is there a way this can be customized? I'm running Xvnc
on the Sun and viewing locally on the Sun
and remotely on W95 using IE or Netscape.

If the user on the W95 web-browser forgets to set the
option for shared to yes, he brings down the viewer
co-located with Xvnc on the Sun. This is not good.
