WINNT: Performance Monitor not updating

When viewing performance monitor under NT using VNC 3.3r2 the display
doesnt seem to update correctly.  Either in normal colour when the
pallete is reduced to 8-bit.  WHen the mouse moves over an area then
that area becomes updated.

Is there any work around to get perfmon visible in realtime?
