NT screen saver / screen saver password

I have noticed that if the server is running on a NT 4 system and you have
a password on the screen saver, when the screen saver kicks in, you cant get
connected to the server.
When you run the client, in asks for the server password, and then never
opens a windows.
If you look on the client machine VNC client is not running.
If you try to log into the server with a browser, after entering the
password, the browser window satys blank.

I ran the server on a windows 95 system and this was not a problem.  I could
actually see the 95 screen saver,
move the mouse, and unlock the saver with the password.  I cant do this on
NT 4.

Anyone know the trick to fix this?
