Use NT from a dumb terminal/vt100

I login to my Solaris workstation from home using a VT100 dumb terminal.
I then "telnet" to Windows NT to get the MS-DOS command prompt.
Now I need to use the Korn Shell (a product from MKSNT), but cannot do that.
Is there a way to do this using vncserver/vncviewer?

Please excuse me if this is not exactly a VNC question. 
Any pointers/help on this would be highly appreciated!
