Hmmmm.  It could be a firewall thing.  If your site has a firewall then
you might need to enable traffic on the VNC ports (5900+display number),
in order for them to work.

Otherwise, it's possible that the viewer is requesting a pixel format that
the server can't support.  (Currently 24-bit packed pixels fall into this
category.)

You can enable logging on WinVNC by using the DebugMode and DebugLevel
registry settings.  This will probably give some hints as to where the
problem is.
