Remote server administration with VNC

1. Move the tapedrive to a non-DC NT box, and have him do his stuff 
from there, and secure the DC?

2. Setup separate local-machine-admin accounts with no rights to User 
Manager or the Domain, and use them to admin the local boxen.  Then if 
he kicks you off, he's just got local rights (I would also explicitly 
make kicking you off a firing offense, if you feel that the remote guy 
needs to be nudged into correct behaviour...)
