2 new VNC platforms

Bosse Nyström has built a VNC viewer for OS/2 using XFree86 and EMX.

I have a basic version of the viewer running on Windows CE 2.0.  It will be
a little while before it's ready for distribution, but you can see some
pictures of it running on an HP620LX also on the contribs page.

I've also added links to John Ross Hunt's NT/Alpha port.
