X_CopyArea BadMatch error from Xvnc with IslandDraw

Hi all... I finally got Xvnc to compile on SunOS 4.1.4.  It looks great...
And it runs much faster than X for opening a window from across the country.

However, for some reason it still doesn't work with all of my X clients.
In particular, IslandDraw.  When I try to run IslandDraw, I get the
following error:

X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  Major opcode of failed request:  62 (X_CopyArea)
  Serial number of failed request:  135
  Current serial number in output stream:  136

This is the same error I got when I tried to display IslandDraw on the MI/X
free PC X server, which was what motivated me to move to Xvnc in the first
place... But now I find that it has the same problem!!

Is this a known bug with X_CopyArea under Xvnc?  Does anyone know any
workarounds?  If I can't run IslandDraw, I am in deep doo-doo.

P.S. IslandDraw displays fine on normal X servers on Suns.
