Yes.  WinVNC can't send text to MS-DOS applications.  The Windows NT
cmd.exe command-prompt is not an MS-DOS application, so it works, while
the command.com prompt under Windows NT won't.  The Windows 95 prompt is
always a DOS prompt, so it won't work.

We're trying to fix this. :)
