Doesn't sound like VNC to me - sounds like an X-server for your PC. I'm
not trying to be rude, but from my usage, VNC is painfully slow wheras
here they claim that this is blindingly fast.
On the other hand, I want to use VNC to display my PC desktop on my
solaris box, wheras GO-Global is just a replacement for an X-server I
already have which works fine.
I'm interested in contributing to solutions to the speed problem if
there is a group of people designing and implementing speedups. I would
think that we need at least a factor of 10 before I'd use VNC as my sun
and my PC are side by side on my desk!
